Ingredients
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz gin (preferably Beefeater)
- 1 oz ruby port (preferably Infantado)
- 2-3 oz club soda
Garnish: Orange peel
Directions
- Combine all ingredients (except club soda) in a shaker tin, add ice, and shake well.
- Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with a flamed orange twist.
