- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 1/2 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz Campari
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum (preferably Goslings)
Garnish: Fresh pineapple chunks
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin, add ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a skewer of fresh pineapple chunks.
